How to insert a new line while typing in BlackBerry Z10

Have you ever tried to add a new line when you are typing on BBM or text message on BlackBerry Z10. Well there is no key on the on screen keyboard to do that , but there is a trick through which you can insert a new line. Compose a new text message don’t select any sender, on the on screen keyboard you may find a Return key on the bottom right of the screen, tap on the key and your cursor will be taken to the next line.

But you don’t get this key when you are doing a conversation through text message or BBM, you get a send button instead of this. But you can still insert a new line by tapping on the shift key and then tapping on the send key. It will move the cursor to the next line. To send the message tap again on the shift key and which will un highlight the shift key and you can then send the message.

You can see in the screen shot above that you can insert as many new lines as you want by following this simple step.

Note:(You must be using OS 10.1.0.4633 or greater to perform this trick)
