Photos have a good amount of detail when
shooting in both end of the lens, there is slight blur in the corner, with good
control of purple fringing in contrast region. When using the lens at its
longest range can create dramatic macro photos.

(auto white balance) under incandescent lights, with the preset performs a
little better. Under fluorescent light, AWB performs very well. There is a

mode there are a few examples as above.
Smart Photo Selector (SPS): No flash, so
ideally you need good light for it, although the camera will increase the ISO
setting when needed. Camera shoots 30 images at 30 fps and then presents 5 best
photos, with one of those photos that stands out as the most beautiful photo,
all 5 photos are saved to the memory card in JPEG or RAW format if selected.
Motion Snapshot or "Living
Picture" as Nikon likes to call, shoots one photo and records one slow
video (one second long) and then when playback, it runs video then presents the
photos with one of four short tracks (choose before shooting). Files are saved
in memory card in 12 megapixel JPEG format (4,608x2,592), and an own 1,080/24fps
MOV video file, both files have the same name, both begin with the NMS and JPEG
end in .JPEG, the video files end with .MOV. There’s no available flash.
Video
Video is recorded at 1,080/60i, 1,080/30p,
720/60p and 720/30p, with stereo sound, audio video options include: Automatic
sensitivity, high, medium, low and off with wind noise reduction option opens
or off.
Slow motion options are 400fps (640x240) or
1,200fps (320x240), the following modes need better lighting than indoor
lighting. Both modes can only record 5 seconds.

Conclusions
Nikon 1 J3 is smaller and lighter than J2
in five colors, with a small sensor size for smaller lenses. The sensor has
been increased to 14.2 megapixels and 60fps shooting speed gains surprisingly,
high-speed video and full HD video. High speed sensor enables a number of
unique features of the Nikon line, "Motion snapshot", a combination
of video and a photo, as well as Smart Photo Selecto selects the five best
photos from 30 photos taken at 30 fps.
Continuous shooting is excellent: 60fps at
maximum resolution is not normally heard except in high quality video. Although
it seems shame when does not have high-speed shooting options for other things,
likes auto exposure constantly shooting. The camera has hybrid AF, with
integrated and verified in phase and contrasts in the sensor, and provides fast
autofocus. Image quality is very good, with excellent color and detail, and
noise performance is good up to ISO 1,600.
Nikon 1 J3 has a solid metal body and is
